New Year with Your Souderton Orthodontist!

We consider ourselves very lucky to be your Souderton Orthodontist! Is 2018 here already? How did this happen?  2017 saw us open our brand new, state of the art orthodontic practice. In addition, we made many new friends and local partners in the Souderton, Telford, Harleysville, Hatfield and Perkasie communities. While this is by no means a complete list, we would love to take a moment and thank all those who made 2017 a blessed year for us:

We met Jeff Miles (who has since moved on to another job, thank you so much for your help Jeff!) at Keystone Opportunity Center who showed us what an amazing place it truly is. Through the food pantry and education program, Keystone impacts many lives in our region. The new director, Arlene Daily, will continue to do great things for the organization and the region. Cindy Dembrowski, the food pantry coordinator, is an amazing woman and has her finger on the pulse of the food pantry. She has been a great resource and always shares how abundantly we are blessed and knows exactly what her clients need and when. While the food pantry does well in stocking up during the holiday season, it is going to be our goal at OSIV to run a “Christmas in July” Food Drive, to help restock the pantry during the months when they can become bare.

We also met many great people like Joanne Whelan Coppens through the Souderton Telford Main Streets. This organization is responsible for revitalizing and bringing the buzz back to downtown Souderton and Telford. Through events like 3rd Fridays, Art Jam and the Farmer’s Market, this organization is helping to strengthen the community and bring many people together. Many thanks are also in order to Steven Hunsburger and the Indian Valley Chamber of Commerce. You guys have been so supportive and your culture of caring for the community and its local business is very obvious.

While 2017 saw the beginning of a new movement, in 2018 we at OSIV pledge to keep living life and doing business by our motto “Always Giving”. It is our goal to provide the best orthodontic services by:

  1. Being the most accessible– we participate and are in-network with most major PPO insurances. In a hyper busy world, we also offer evening, Friday and Saturday hours to accommodate all busy schedules.
  2. Providing personalized and specialized care– not everyone’s needs and wants are the same. When appropriate, we at OSIV offer braces, clear braces and Invisalign® at no extra charge if it fits your treatment plan and lifestyle. Also, as specialists, orthodontics is not a side business for us but rather it is all we do!
  3. Aim to be the most charitable practice in the region– we have already mentioned our involvement with Keystone Opportunity Center. Starting this new year we will host our White Wine and Whitening nights, which will serve as a social mixer, showcase our services and fundraise for Keystone (please check out our website for more info!)

Thank you so much to reading and I hope to hear from you soon! Remember, life is better when you’re ‘Always Giving’.

Sincerely,

Dr Justin Silvestre
